grid_0-5_edited.png

Feeling overwhelmed starting solids with your baby? Unsure of how to progress from purees, but terrified of choking? Want to make sure you’re on the right track? We hear you, and we're here for you.

We created this group out of a desperate plea from parents in our communities who need guidance and expert help navigating the ins and outs of early feeding.

Meet your hosts – Caroline, founder and director of Birch Speech Therapy in Brooklyn,  and Alisa, founder and director of Table Talk in Hoboken, NJ. Together, we bring you two decades of clinical experience as speech language pathologists and pediatric feeding specialists. This weekly specialized support group will help you gain competence and confidence as a feeder and lay the foundations for healthy mealtime dynamics.
